Founder/Interior Designer
Olinova Design was started by Anya O. Hahn. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Interior Design from the University of Montevallo, Anya focused the beginning of her career managing concept development and design of high-end restaurants and coffee shops including The Wine Loft, Le Crepe Nanou, Huey’s Diner, Press-It Bistro, Rasputin Vodka Bar, and Brew Public. With Olinova Design, she has shifted her focus to custom residential design to which she brings great strength in both architectural and decorative details. Anya Hahn was voted "Best San Antonio Interior Designer" 2015 and one of Anya's Kitchen designs won Texas Association of Builders 2017 Star Award for Best Kitchen $1M-$2M. Olinova Design is a full-service interior design firm specializing in residential new constructions and remodeling in San Antonio and Dallas areas. We approach each project individually, handpicking every aspect of the project to ensure that each project is a one-of-a-kind design that suits the client’s tastes. We invest time in listening to your vision for your space. We believe conversation is integral to our discovery process. From there, we create a customized design that is in line with your needs, taste, timeline and budget. The best interior design is not just a reflection of the client’s taste but a blend of form and function, color, and texture that is warm, timeless and utterly original. |
Interior Designer
Kimberly Baird graduated with honors from the University of the Incarnate Word with a BA in Interior Environmental Design. During her senior year, she was awarded the Orville Carr Outstanding Design Student that was presented to her from the Dean of the School of Media and Design. After graduation, Kimberly was immediately hired to work as a designer at Orville Carr and Associates. She was trained under Orville Carr and his partner, Charles Forster, and assisted with high end residential furniture design, finishes and space planning on homes ranging from Alamo Heights to Jamaica. Kimberly left the high end furniture industry to learn the construction side of design and went on to work for residential custom home builders. Kimberly’s knowledge on both ends of the design world for residential custom homes furniture and construction, enables her to take the design to the next level by thinking ahead on space planning. She firmly believes listening to the client’s wants, needs and desires are an integral part of creating a timeless but functional space that her clients will love for years to come. |
