What we do
We schedule and lead every selection meeting, meeting you at the showrooms — lighting, tile and flooring, plumbing, appliances, and countertops — to make each room's choices in person, against real samples, and keep the whole calendar moving.
Every decision is captured on a detailed selection sheet, room by room: exterior colors, cabinet stain and paint, countertops, tile and grout, flooring, and fixtures — documented in a form the builder and the field can execute without guesswork.
We request the vendor bids against those selections, then review and reconcile them line by line — catching wrong products, sizes, colors, grout numbers, missing rooms, and ambiguous notes — so what's ordered matches what was specified before it ever reaches the field.
With the architecture set, we furnish — sourcing and styling furniture, custom window treatments, rugs, original and curated art, and accessories into one coherent, finished interior rather than a collection of parts.
Our turnkey furnishing line — including model homes — delivered to a defined budget: designed, sourced, delivered, installed, and styled, so the home is ready to show or move into on day one.
